How does one access www.netflix.com from malaysia. Been wanting to know more about the service but it seems to be region restricted too.

I tried looking for it but nobody seems to want to sell theirs...
But i think using a blueray to watch netflix a bit of overkill..blueray itself is not cheap |

How come netflix wants all my credit card info straight up? Any way i can just browse the site to check out their program offerings first before disclosing too much?
