Hi guys I just got back an rma Apple TV from the sc. Booted it up and signed in my Apple ID.. But my purchased music isn't showing. Any idea how to sync it? My purchased movies are appearing

Hi guys. Recently meaning noticed it last week that airplay no longer works in the background meaning if my iPad airplay to Apple TV the video will stop once my iPad sleeps. Previously it was working fine. Any idea on what might be the issue? I have both iPad Air and mini. Both same issue.
