the fitbit flex is cool and convenient (the one is very easy to misplace which i almost did), but it loses the stairs tracking functionality and also the led screen... everything needs to be viewed either from the website or the mobile app sad.gif

I think the flex is not as flexible as the one.. and lacks some functionality - ie. lcd screen and stairs. The lcd screen is very useful to up your tempo during the day when u see your latest stats..

If anyone interested i have one last fitbit one for sale - brand new sealed. Just PM me for best price

yup can be used for any activity.. it's meant to "wear and forget" so that you won't even know your stats are being tracked
