story. Monday while i was driving my car i noticed metal grinding sound while driving. called up Elton to arrange with EA as it was already around 7pm that time and went to EA. Original plan was to get the Rapid Stop pads since been hearing pretty good reviews about it plus its kinda cheap. Went there and was greeted by Drex, he recommended me another brand called 'Infinite'. It was also a high performance pad with temp rating at 500c and he said it doesn't kill the disc as fast as rapid stop and has less brake dust compared to rapid stop so i tried it since i trust them. Now, i regret. the brakes are crap. The bite is slightly stronger than my previous unknown pads but bloody hell the thing fades DAMN FAST! After 2 or 3 hard braking, the brakes faded already. Once i tried after a few hard corners, i stopped at a traffic light for a good 2-3 minutes, sped up to 140~ and slammed on the brakes. bite was good until it reached around 70kmh where i had to use all the force i had to slow down the car to around 10kmh to enter the housing area.

gonna call up drex tomorrow. Seriously the pads fades 5x faster than my old pads. I tried taking the temp of the discs after it starts to fade with Elton's IR thermometer and the discs were only reading 210c right after i stopped the car

change my tires ? both tires cost me almost 1k. what happen if i dont ? is it gonna blow ? bukan bengkak 140kmh and locking brakes ... making those tires surface uneven ... those were new tires. shyte!!

I'm thinking of a 4G93T transplant in a Waja.

What are the strengths and weaknesses of a 4G93T engine?
How is the 4G93T as compared to 4G92 MIVEC? It's for daily drive, needs to be fuel efficient and maintenance cost needs to be lowest possible. Basically, a good balance between power and cost.
What else needs to be added on after installing a 4G93T engine? Exhaust? Fuel regulator?
What are the processes of obtaining JPJ approval?

What kind of turbo works well with 4G18 or Campro?
Is BOT reliable since those 2 engines are not designed to work with turbo?
Isn't there any other mods required for BOT? I read about having to change this pump, change that pipe, add this ECU, add that plug.
