Haven't posted here in awhile laugh.gif Need help from you guys tongue.gif

Budget is Rm1k, can stretch to probably 1.3 at the very most.

Music is the main priority, good sound via earphones and speaker is a must.

A good, big screen is a deciding factor too.

From what I looked around, I see the :

-Xperia Arc / S,

-Xperia Play

-Samsung Infuse 4G

-Motorola Atrix 4G

Anymore suggestions is welcome tongue.gif No HTCs though, used them for so long, thought I want a change tongue.gif

Brand: up for recommendation
Budget: 1.5 - 1.8k
Usage: music, surfing, media, calls, maybe work, are all android os customizable?

Am also wondering, i dont see the moto droid razr being mentioned often. Is it not good?

Am really looking to buy asap since my bold 3 KO d.

Oh, not s2 since two of my family members r using it already
Edit: doesnot need to be within my budget range. Can b cheaper. Just want something that is upgradable, durable n fun. Im sick of my colleagues asking me to get iphone. Yes, im the odd one without an iphone at work. Haha

The RAZR is actually quite ok hardware wise, only issue is the lack of custom ROMs and the like (there's only 2 compared to like, loads on the S2 for example).

You could also optionally wait for the RAZR MAXX, which is essentially the same but with a ridiculously huge 3,300mah battery.

There's also the Sensation XE as an alternative.

Both the Transformers and the Galaxy Tab are decent choices, with good overall performance.

If you don't need the additions of the Transformer, the Tab is a good choice.

The Nexus S suits most of your needs, only issue is getting a new, good unit nowadays.

Galaxy W is good too, but there's no custom ROMs for it at the moment (only mods of the stock ROM).

There's also the Xperia Neo (Rm8xx) and Xperia Arc (RM10xx), both with good cameras (the Arc has a nice screen too). Only issue is its small internal memory, which if you are willing to mess around with android (APP2SD, APP2EXT etc) the problem can be offset.

sorry bros....

Gnex or oneX ? both around the same price at digi/umobile ??? some help needed....

OneX has better screen (non Pentile) and a better camera. Not to mention its quad core (OneX) over dual core (GNex)

By your budget the S Advance is the best choice, seems to be the cheapest new dual core atm.

Samsung Galaxy W has a decent screen size and battery life, price tag below 4 digits. Do note however, that using hotspot will drain any phone's battery heavily.

What is the best android tablet currently available in the market now? if possible can use sim card for 3g
*
The best tablet atm would be the Transformer Prime, as its the only quad core tablet officially out in Malaysia for now. Not to mention an update for ICS is already around.

The best 3g capable tablet however, would be the Galaxy Tab 7.7.
