Price : somewhere below 2K
brand: Give the best, would think of Samsung
Important things i need: can use to scan 2D code, internet flexibilities 3G,EDGE,Wifi, GPS that works to the point am standing, Good memory for watching videos in good quality (hopefully full HD).
