It did came across my mind about the fan speed, but the radiator located at the back of the condenser unit of the aircond,
which drive by a big fan.....the radiator itself have a fan.....I bought it second-handed..maybe previous owner modified
the air cond system of the car....

In other word...even my radiator fan kong...I still have the condenser fan to dissipate the heat form both the
radiator and condenser...

I just thinking of buying higher rpm of the radiator fan,,,,Is it available?.......perhaps also buying a bonet with a big scoop.... ..

i dont know who is right or wrong...but just now i go to tyre shop n the mechnic show me kancil steering rack...slightly differ wif mine...mine is not power steering but it had something looks like box near the rack....
...n this is the third mechanics that said mine is differ wif original steering rack...

but its ok...probably do it later..now my pocket alredy kering...juz change timing belt due to oil leaking at the area..and also minor service

very suprise when the mech open the belt cover...very dirty and oily...thats resolve the oil mark at my garage..huhu...even tie end rods also damage including bushing at bottom of belting area...huhu...

guys i want to buy a 2nd hand kancil but i in dilemma which to go

a) buy straight a 850cc auto and overhaul and jalan

b)get a kancil then take out engine put in half cut kelisa , i heared kelisa half cut cost 1.8k ?? is it still that price???

which will be a more economical option?? i search around cant find much info and dont have a good foreman can tell me the reliable info =(

i will choose option B. better if u buy kancil with kelisa engine inside.save ur time $ and no hassle. .i think a saw a few in mudah..good luck

the black box shud be the power steering unit motor that 'drive' the rack.. wait i post my L5... changed my rack a year after conversion cos original came with halfcut already dying something got power steering sometime must pull extra power from tangan... hahaha.... will post when free...

as they said, radiator and fan. mine got the same prob also last time... but i just unclog the radiator and then change a fan, problem solve.

Option B better... Kelisa engine in a Kancil... better power, better FC...

haiya, my car pending till tmorow or thursday only can take cuz 1 of his customer car got problem with gearbox..

Anyone know at what rpm td025 spool? Mine max only can get only 0.5bar at 5k rpm..

Need some feedback on this.
Planning to have FMIC on my JBJL.

Now the thing is i want it to be a sleeper. Most FMIC on Kancil's have the IC too far out even resort to cutting the bumpers and have that gigi jongang look. I also notice that normally they also have huge IC & relocating their battery. All which i do not want.

Now I'm looking at a smaller IC to fit without resorting to butchering the bumper & proper piping that need not relocate the battery.
Can it be done? Any pointers & pictures? What would the cost be like?

sorry for confusing u at first place.i was quoting ur first reply. like what i highlight now. yep the power steering came with motor instead power steering pump(hydraulics system) that shud came with fluid and fluid reservoir.And Yep the motor look like 'box' its the motor that motorized the power steering.. Daihatsu already utilized EPS since 90's while honda came with EPS on their CVT Dugong City and 06' Honda Civic.

mine td025l lambat boost already solved.... bov leaking... now start spooling at 3k rpm & full boost at 4.5k..
now start kumpul moneh for ori bov.....

heh, me now farming money for bumbung ombak and power window...just notice that the led is kong at my dashboard(aircond panel) ..can this easily change or need to take out whole dashboard?
