Speaking of Bdr Sri Dsara, a normal but not new terrace house already fetch RM300k-600k. Saw few ads asking for RM1m for a corner lot! My eyes really pop out big big!

And the new project, is it the Atria8? Dun think wanna live there. Very near to the Sg Buloh/Kepong road. Imagine the noise pollution.

I think few days before the official launch, heard ppl already 'fight' to get a unit like in the pasar sales. Maybe becoz of the 'fantastic' KL views, I'm still not sure. I can imagine the price of the houses/condo in DPC sure can cut-throat. Few RMmillion for not even a bungalow unit. Also the security there is questionable. Heard a case of gunshots near the DPC Jusco.
