The scratches are deep indeed, so have you got yourself the touch-up paint ? I ain't sure what are the whitish stuff on your vehicle but it seems like some sort of rough texture over there ? Not too sure as the image weren't clear enough.

Actually, your black colour can be "improved" to mirror shine lah.....better save up some bucks and let me do the wonder for you lah, bro.
