Lets say 1 and half hour of class, almost 1 hour to do warm up and exercises, nt exactly what i want, I want to learn something really martial art, no some sort of gyms, I have heavy long punching bag, glove, gyms set at home, so why i go there for gym not technics?
But one thing for sure, I will burn more calories over there than working out at home, just look at the bright side.
Lets hope it will be better in the future.
