i dont have itunes, but this is what i do for the ones with "unchangeable" icons.
go to desktop, create a new shortcut, location of the item(your itunes), change the icon.

Elementary is a OS based on Ubuntu.

It's basically just a package that contains a panel, launcher, dock, wallpaper manager and some sort of service handler. Calling Pantheon a "Shell" is a stretch, imho. It's basically just some apps that sit on top of your desktop environment. Think of it as an aditional layer on top of Gnome.

Nothing to do with Windows or Rainmeter. Elementary is an entire OS (Linux) by itself. You cannot install it within WIndows. You will need to either wipe out Windows and install Elementary OS, or you'll need to partition your hard drive to dual-boot Windows and Elementary.

Just make sure your Windows Aero is enabled. If Aero is not enabled, then Transparency will not work even when enabled.
Go to Control Panel --> Appearance and Personalization --> Personalization --> Window Color and Appearance and you can move the slider to change the colour intensity, making it more transparent.

i renamed the previous file as .dll.bak. so it will be a backup. Then i copy the one you provide into System32 folder. the computer is still turned on, i cant restart because the windows become whitish and stuck. I'm using my laptop now.

whitish and stuck? wuut? worse come to worse do a manual reboot.
If it can't start up, start in safe mode, in cmd
Cd c:/windows/system32
del explorerframe.dll
ren explorerframe.dll.bak explorerframe.dll
this SHOULD delete the new explorer frame and rename the .dll.bak back to .dll so that it'll start normally again.

Hmmm. 2 different fonts, 2 clocks, 2 dates, recycle bin is kinda out of place.
You should either just hide the bin or replace it with a rainmeter skin.
Icons in dock are kinda messy as in you might wanna get a set of similar styled icons.
Either choose to pin stuff to your taskbar or just use the dock.
Not bad for your first. Much better than what i first did.

previously i was using a white based wallpaper. found it to be too glaring on the eyes after a while, so darker themed ones are easier on the eyes perhaps.
