Hi, does this VS works on win7 x64 SP1?

i saw that the explorerframe.dll is made for win7 7600 (SP1), and my computer froze when i replace the file. what should i do?

i renamed the previous file as .dll.bak. so it will be a backup. Then i copy the one you provide into System32 folder. the computer is still turned on, i cant restart because the windows become whitish and stuck. I'm using my laptop now.
