 Way to remove sticking Plaster at Security Door, Maiatenance

I havs leaved the sticking plaster under hot / rain day for past few months till thise today during house cleaning time
Any suggestion how could I removed those worn off sticking plaster? After spend 30 min only small place with take off cry.gif

I always will try sticky things with WD-40, maybe you try with small portion doing it in the morning may help too.

You got to put the wd-40 on the small gap between the door and the plastic. than slowly pull and wipe wd-40 along the way. WD-40 help remove the bond.

If you just spray on the plastic is no use.

try 'dissolving' the plastic by using some weak disolver like rubbing alcohol or toulene

Alcohol i doubt. Toulene only work on rubber right? best is thinner but your door paint will be gone case.

Wd40 or zippo oil.

Dont use other solvent as it may damage the door finishing.

Spray WD40 under the sticky part and let it soak for awhile before trying to remove. You can also try turpentine as it won't eat into the paint.

Use hai dryer to heat it then peel it
