U remind me how i down a can of water tuna. .almost puke tat sh*t out. in the end i just gulped it with a glass of water. i told myself not gonna eat tat sh*t again. but after a few days same thing happened lol.

By using bodyfat caliper or estimation based on pics by the experts.
