As for me, am cutting atm, will post on end of january, with a beach backdrop, heh. Can't wait, has been ages since I went for a vacation. Cutting has been okay so far, lost a few kgs and no noticable muscle mass loss. Not that I have a lot to begin with.. 9 days to go!

u do realize it's calories in versus calories out right? jumping between mass gainers won't do much. sure they all have different profiles( different amount of calories; carbs, protein and fats) but unless you raise your calories enough, you're not going to gain.

My body seems a bit weird.

The more calories I raise, the more they seems to burn. Fast metabolism I suppose, and they adapted quite well. Which is why I suppose I have the best gain the first few months I'm taking supplements, but not really effective after that.

you're an ecto i suppose ? i know it sounds all easy on paper and it's hard to really put to practical use ( which brings us to supplementation), say 3000 calories and you still don't gain and you acknowledge that your metabolism is high, i mean, there's only one thing to do, is to raise it over 3k calories. If 3.2k don't work, 3.4k ? you get the idea?

Apart from pre-w/os ( stims), I don't think one can actually increase their tolerance towards a protein or carb supplement( if one does, forgive my lack of knowledge). I mean, at the end of the day, they are protein and carbs, It's just that , they're not in chicken or rice form, but rather powder form. It's all about meeting your calories.

Apart from wanting to know how a so and so supplement taste( which I know, alot of us including me is guilty of), I usually just pick the cheapest supplement i want( protein powder and creatine, i only use protein, creatine, multivit and fish oil).

like i said, at the end of the day, it's about getting enough calories in, or in my case, leaving a big enough caloric surplus. don't take it the wrong way yeah. I was just curious about your supplement jumping.
