well, been lurking around for some time so might as well ... » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « ~ 180cm, ~ 70kg, started 6 mth ago, no supplement, home work-out only 2x12.5kg dumbbell hard to find clean food and no facility to cook so going to get some whey and see how it goes to build up to 2x20kg dumbbell will post again after 6 mths
