For the PWO, i do take complex carbs (bananas) and protein (milk - whey and casein, eggs), but i guess i really need to consider supplements.

your workout routine must thus aimed at bulking also
i.e. less on the reps more on the sets (although this is just general and common knowledge among gym goers)
and kalau nak bulk, its easier if you have a mate at the gym to spot for certain key movements such as squats, deads, military press and bench
and yes diet memang kena amend bro
its ok to screw up now than later
i cannot recommend diet cuz i was never skinny fat like you but there are many here who'd been through your stage before
but from what i can see yeah, its the right call to clean bulk rather than cut cuz there's nothing to cut if no masel mass
dont worry too much about your gut and some fats here and there cuz too much worrying will cause you to lose focus
ask good questions here by reading more on clean bulking for your body type and try to get a good diet and workout plan which suit your lifestyle

remember there's no hard and fast rules in fitness / bodybuilding
