I took 21st century muscle builder & rapid weight gain for 2 months, then my friend who is also a fitness instructor advised me not to take any supplements. Then i only eat lots of veggie, fish, meat, chicken, anlene milk, oat, bread, rice, steamed potato, 15 eggs per day and etc.

Hi, thank for all the compliments.. some of the guys at my local gym were surprise too, some even asked me did i take any steroid? but no i didn't. and ohh... i forgot to mention, that i completely quit smoking after the second week i started gym workout.
I think the reason I gained weight so fast is because i used to skip my meals before this, due to busy and poor appetite. but after gym workout, i forced my self to eat 6 meals per day (advice from a friend) i eat whatever nutritious and high in protein even before sleep i will drink a glass of milk and 5 half boiled eggs. I don't have any specific workout program, but i workout 3 times per week, 1-2 hours per session, i workout with light weight first, then increase to the heaviest weight that i can afford until i can only do it for 2-5 reps for last set. once per week i will squat and dead lift. within 1-2 hours after workout, i will consume 5 eggs, then after 1/2 an hour, my dinner.
