Heard they bringing in a famous university into Remix.

So rent out RM1.8k a month is no issue smile.gif For scholar units.

Heard 190k jumped to 230k for high floor units.

I do agree.

Sometimes all these negative rumours are from competitors.

I don't blame some people are worried about the fast billings. I was worried too. This is a non-HDA project. So they have the right to bill first.

I do have a friend who is quite closed with the Empire owner. According to him, for Empire Remix they didn't borrow much money.

Plus do you know that they have very very strong connections and backing?

For me, if they managed to pull off all these projects then they might be 1 of the TOP 5 Developers in the country.

Also, they have some interesting projects coming up.
