QUOTE(Minolta @ Jul 11 2012, 11:46 PM) This whole project looks very nice. Modern facade. But what turned me off is the scholar tower. I mean, it's essentially a student hostel! 50 units/floor? Why did Mammoth do this? Developer always got reasons 1. Heard they bringing in a famous university into Remix. So rent out RM1.8k a month is no issue |

QUOTE(macho dog @ Jul 15 2012, 12:54 PM) The claim by SA that the remaining 900 units sold enbloc to an invest group still remain a mystery at the moment. Like Manu gor said, it cud b a trick by dev. 210k which floor? The question is if the claim is true n the inv group secure the right to sell them, what will be the price like? Will it be higher than RM210K price dat u r contemplating? Or if the claim is false, will mammoth sell the remain units higher than that price? I beliv no one is able to give a sure answer but d choice is yours. Heard 190k jumped to 230k for high floor units. Hrrm........seems like transacted summore. |

QUOTE(macho dog @ Jul 16 2012, 07:33 PM) I m curious how will the transaction be done. Say ori price 190k booked by A. Then B agrees to take over fr A at 230k, how will the 40k diff b accounted. As far as Mammoth Empire (ME) is concerned the SPA price is still 190k. So B pays A the 40k as undertable? Yup. Don't ask me why they wanna do like this or where they find this kind of money. |

QUOTE(QUESTIONARIES @ Oct 18 2012, 01:57 PM) Members here .I clarify the doubth to relief the concerns abt the rumors. It is happen 1/2 year ago, the project director has ran away some money but had settle by them internerly. I do agree. 2) Empire damansara and city both are ahead the progress schedule by almost one year, the expected completion is next year, now some of the block is ready to handover while some are around 80% on progress. (Mammoth projects are running 24 hours). 3) Yes, the 1st billing already issued 26/9/12, since this is a commercial building, developer has a right to start earth work without building plan approved. l went up to the site today and noted people are working there, around 10 cranes are at the site, the progress is better than Damen Submit. l knew one of the asst. project manager who is also my friend, he told me they are going to have phase 2 coming up soon. In addition,it is no sense if MAMMOTH wanna taupau n why the EMPIRE LAUNCHES still tighten wth some conditions and not give better promotion to clear all the units then lari kuat222..right? sooo, finally all this rumors Sometimes all these negative rumours are from competitors. I don't blame some people are worried about the fast billings. I was worried too. This is a non-HDA project. So they have the right to bill first. I do have a friend who is quite closed with the Empire owner. According to him, for Empire Remix they didn't borrow much money. Plus do you know that they have very very strong connections and backing? For me, if they managed to pull off all these projects then they might be 1 of the TOP 5 Developers in the country. Also, they have some interesting projects coming up. Cheers. |

QUOTE(cutealex @ Oct 26 2012, 11:37 AM) Hi all, Yup, very clearly explained by the staffs.I am back. Long time didnt visit Lowyat but saw this thread have more on negative feedbacks.. anyway, i only read backward about 2-3 pages. Basically i think either some of the Buyers or Sales is misleading, here we go: Confusion about Total build up size, Ground 275sf + upper 187sf = total 462sf. It was clearly indicated in the Booking form and SNP layout... Hope this can clear some of your doubts. Cheers. Plus you only pay maintainence fees based on the ground 275sf |

QUOTE(QUESTIONARIES @ Nov 20 2012, 09:29 PM) I believe so. Just check this out. http://www.brtsunwayline.com/ The alignment is quite near to REMIX I guess no car park is okay for scholar buyers. Easily can rent out to students. This post has been edited by uniglo: Nov 22 2012, 04:39 PM |
