This whole project looks very nice. Modern facade. But what turned me off is the scholar tower. I mean, it's essentially a student hostel! 50 units/floor? Why did Mammoth do this?

As a developer, the worst thing u can have is a delay in project, and I it comes to that, there MUST be a reason, either technical, political or financial.
