GTA 4 is the main game. GTA 4 CE is basically a standalone expansion

Yea it is expansion for gta 4. I dunno which is better. You play as different main character and story too.. The only similarity between them i can think of is the city

I thought crafting coal for coal should not happened  But I can't find anywhere on Steam that says it shouldn't happen. So maybe its very rare and I'm just unlucky |

Just tried coal crafting for the first time - thought it was a bug and checked TF2 as well. Ebenezer.
*Anyone have any idea how much it is worth?
