Tax evasion is very serious offence in Malaysia. If get caught your friend might get penalty and have to pay double amount of the total taxable sum that he/she has not paid. so income tax people will not come looking for him. is this true?
Btw, tell your friend to brieftly read the tax evasion law at LHDN website.
