actually same goes to chowchow, who required cooling environment, but once they are get used to it, i think malaysia weather shouldn't be a big problem for them.

You can definately rare husky in msian weather.
My fren who lives in Ara Damansara has a Husky called Sgt Pepper tongue.gif and that fella lives outside in the house porch.

I think it'll be best if you can provide a well ventilated, cool place for your husky, it'll be ok already. And remember they have their shedding season and at certain months, they shed like nobody's business tongue.gif

Why not? Polar bear also can live in Singapore Zoo rite.. biggrin.gif Neway, they are large size breeds and very obedient dogs. My have a white + grey shades.. and the dogs stays in her own air-cond room when the hot day comes.. Otherwise they just treat her normal.. bath at least twice a week (just like my opair of labs) and the trend of keeping Huskies seems to be growing.. a round 3 years ago I saw 1 in a house at Singapore, I was so silly to tell my friends I saw ppl keeping wolf in their house.. sweat.gif doh.gif

Talking about THAT polar bear, it turned green sometime ago because it is wet most of the time and alge (kulat) starts to make its fur as home. So please remember to wash your husky often. ( or polar bear if you have one... ) biggrin.gif

U must go to Spore Marine Parade, go to the seaside there (beach). Lots of dogs there including Siberian Husky, the funny thing is they dont dare to go to the sea not like other dogs~!!!
