If Titijaya able to work out according their plan, then should be no pro in the price appreciation... Depends the market 4 years later..

That's another plus point for both projects.... after 3 years many new dev will be completed... 4 years might let 3E have sometime to digest the market..

Seem like some mentioned the completion date is 3.5 years / 4 years..
However, based on the previous record for Titijaya... might delay the completion time...

However, many dev based on retail price to quote but somehow dev will get the price much cheaper as they always bulk purchase the item or get very very good price from supplier... is just another marketing gimmick that makes purchaser felt more discount...

If you want to convince ppl change decision, you can explain to more details... no need just posted " Buy Zeva, change Zeva"..
people might misunderstand that Zeva is not doing good or what...
Im also thinking that Zeva is a good project and worth to vest... Just sometime can't buy all at same time..
We are all welcome to exchange opinion / idea/ suggestion to make the things better... But not posted some feedback without benefit all...

If there's case, Owner and cleaner have to work together in order to keep the entire building clean...
Owner has to be responsibilities to throw the rubbish at ground floor... If some nasty owner, they will just throw the rubbish at some area and let the cleaner to clean each floor...

Im not sure about ur case, form me, lawyer been asking me to sign since last 2 weeks, but im not free until this week.. Probably will sign on weekend..
You need to ensure the SA who served follow up closely with lawyer... I even email directly to lawyer and follow up... But make sure your loan things settle before sign SPA... smile.gif

Even your loan not settle, some dev still ask you to sign SPA, then you only apply loan.. If loan reject or can't get the MOF you want, might penalty... When bank issue notice to lawyer, means is time for you to sign Loan agreement or stamp the loan agreement...
