initial plan was for 18th floor and below to be single while 19 and above duplex but based on the interest and feedback of customers, they changed their plan and now only the top floor will be duplex.

makes sense also. good thing for first phase buyers then.

not sure how hot the demand would be if price increase + less discount. probably a slight increase with 10% rebate might still do it.

cant remember exactly.. but for resendential/homeloan rate i got -2.4 for maybank while commercial rate is about -1.9 if i remember correctly. =_=

maybank actually came in late from what i know.. and giving the best rates.. esp for the first 3 years.. since dibs, first 3 years doesnt affect buyer much.

heard something along the lines of that too.. the higher the better of course. just wonder how the sales would do after the the latest round of price increments. even after the previous 5k increment, demand was still very much there.

u need reject letter from at least 2 of the 3 banks. that was what i was made aware of before paying the booking.
