QUOTE(putramon @ May 9 2012, 10:54 PM) Just an opinion only...not negative..I go to elements with hope to buy but was sad that is single floor with 10ft ceiling..if its a duplex in elements then its a different story...had anyone wondered how come the brochure is printed with type D?..it can be up to 700-800sf if extend the mezzanine...another thing is elements is leasehold... initial plan was for 18th floor and below to be single while 19 and above duplex but based on the interest and feedback of customers, they changed their plan and now only the top floor will be duplex. |

QUOTE(choondoichai @ May 10 2012, 09:50 AM) they would use this statement "block A fully SOLD. Last block is now open! Hurry". with lesser discount and package and increase of price which they did well from 19th til 25th floor makes sense also. good thing for first phase buyers then.not sure how hot the demand would be if price increase + less discount. probably a slight increase with 10% rebate might still do it. to all buyers of 3elements, feel free to like this fb page as well : https://www.facebook.com/pages/3elements-SO...264114567019823 |

QUOTE(Schizophrenia888 @ May 16 2012, 10:54 PM) heard something along the lines of that too.. the higher the better of course. just wonder how the sales would do after the the latest round of price increments. even after the previous 5k increment, demand was still very much there. |

QUOTE(Jaeden @ May 18 2012, 09:42 PM) Be aware with the "REFUND" term they promoted,They told once you get reject letter from any bank,u r able to get full refund, this is told by sales agent team. But then when u asked for refund, developer will call u up and tell,u need to get reject letter from all the 3 panel banks then only consider u meet the criteria of rejection but as far as my understanding which being told by SA,U*B bank will never issue reject letter anyhow...so they guarentee eat up ur Rm1000 kao kao... u need reject letter from at least 2 of the 3 banks. that was what i was made aware of before paying the booking. |
