 Sleep at 4am almost everyday and wake up at 11am, bad to health?

do exercise in the evening .. rite after the exercise you take hot bath ..
after than you automically will go to sleep.. and then get aroung 5 or 6 for fresh start again..
try your best to sleep early and get up before 6 ..
