Getting enough sleep and sleeping at the right time are two different thing i guess. There was one time I always sleep at 11pm and wake up at 5am my skin condition is at its best and I seldom feel tired. Now I always sleep after 2 am and my face is terrible and I fall sick easily, like now, I feel like shit being a sicko.
So I wonder if the detox period of our body will change along with our biological clock. Or it's forever 11pm to 2am?
If it's like this i think I'll die early because my body is poisonous.
Sleep at 4am almost everyday and wake up at 11am, bad to health?
