need help here...

I have yet to receive my BF orders from Amazon US that was sent using I-Parcel... I heard about the horibble service this is and it has been more than a month... is this usual???

also been waiting for star wars from AMZ UK that is taking forever... either it's too fast or painfully slow and there was an instance where the parcel did not even reach here...

Fingers crossed, that's all for now. It will arrive soon. When was your item shipped?




bro it was shipped on 26/11/2011... damn bloody i-parcel... cannot even track the bloody order... now they decided to replace the shipment using the new prices... about USD 20 extra and only issued shipping refund on the previous lost order...

sent email to Amz uk about the star wars issue... it was sent out on 3/12/2011... today, they straight sent a replacement at no charge... now this is what i call good service... i believe the initial shipment lost in post...

i just checked again and AMZ US have refunded the full amount on the previous order for the BF sales...

plus they are sending the new shipment via DHL at no cost. they are charging me the price according to BF prices...
