I believe Amazon will put this on sales again in near future, judging from their effort to sales this product in last month. Probably their got too many in their stock that why their push so hard to sales it last month.

Lets say if it took to long, wont it give the impression to the CS we are lying? I know there is like 1000 or 10000 CS in Amazon, but the way he/she answer me just now really gave me a shocked. I tot he/she will ask me to settle it myself.

I also face before, some CS is tak boleh pakai one... when they send the feedback, I will give that particular CS 1 star with bad comment.

Hahaha.. destroy ppl reputation. Anyway some of them really need to buckle up, they are working for a multion million transaction (daily) company.

Remember most of the CS we deal isn't CS from US due to our time zone. But, I have to said those CS is more generous that those US CS.

Yup, I know mostly is from India. But I'm ok with them. Some of them is very professional, will chat and give very accurate information. So far no chance deal with US CS before, are they good? or nasty?

Based on my few times experience with them, less generous but follow rules of Amazon more strictly that those from India. Those India CS sometime can ignore Amazon US rule.

You got any missing parcel or not? If the CS bend the rule to help me ok la.. if not

My last missing parcels are 1 copy of Spartacus: Blood and Sand, The Complete First Season. Shipped to me 3 times and all missing.

Their refund to me. Actually for that case, their are suppose to send replacement once only but I believe CS didn't check record properly, thus send again 2nd replacement. Still I am no luck for that case, parcel still missing. Until today, I still wonder why only that title missing and the rest, whether ship early or later than that parcel, still safely arrived at my place.

Planning to re-buy that title? hehe...

Too add the misery my Tree of Life since 30 December stucked at customs clearance delay. Even the DHL didn't bother to call me and when I call them they answered they also don't know why.....I really hate DHL.
