anyone can recommend me a handphone which have gps similar with ipad/iphone function?

basically when i travel, i often get lost. i like ipad feature where it able to track where u currently at and get the direction u need.

is there any handphone able to do the similar task? i dont want to carry ipad whever i go, also i'm not iphone fans

1. Brand.
Android

2. Budget.
2000-2500

3. Specs.
WIFI
Decent battery Life
Internet browser
Document viewer (such as PDF, microsoft office doc)
Emailing
Large Screen (large screen but with physical keypad is preferred, coz i dun really like touch screen keypad)
GPS with verbal direction (this is very important, but im not sure if there is any phone has such function. Otherwise i might get a slightly cheaper phone and a gps, two devices instead, but hoding two devices is annoying)

4. Type/Size. (Candybar, Clamshell etc...)
Doesnt matter

Thanks!

Must it be as durable as those 2? Or why not just get a casing? If can, u have 3 choices.

-Huawei honor
(most recommended)

-HTC desire S
(better get ori instead of AP cuz got a few cases of "motherboard koyak", ori warranty and service more reliable)

-Samsung galaxy W

huawei honor and galaxy w seems a good idea, but how about the sunlight legibility? i don't want to have a large screen but i can't see anything when its bright in the afternoon.

how bout quality? is it any good? anywhere i can get tough casing for either honor or galaxy w? how bout its future value?

htc, i'm not into it, bad experience with my last two.

thanks for the recommendation.
