Would it better much better if i add on abit more to buy a galaxy ace?

Well, you'll get a
- bigger screen
- better camera+camera flash
- better screen resolution (some apps not supported for galaxy Y due to the lower resolution)

But for ace price it's better to get SE xperia mini(not x10 mini) but screen same size as galaxy Y, so if u dun need all these...I would say galaxy Y is really worth it

Galaxy ace got no front facing camera. For your budget and needs, go for samsung google nexus S / galaxy W

actually my mom ady use samsung w.. so my dad wanna use other model.. cheaper if can.... it is just the main priority is video call.. budget reduced to rm 7xx .. can get ka?

If not ok, can take a look at SE xperia neo V / SE live with walkman (both AP set). But not recommended lar cuz AP set warranty very troublesome...sometimes got probs occur/take months to fix/phone being scratched..

err.. i think my brother used se xperia mini pro oso no video call la..
so no solution at this budget? ... ori if can..

i said ady dat i wan video call using line eg: from celcom to celcom...
not using the apps like skype or ym... ...
bcoz my family using plan,video call for free among our family..
