Investment Desa Permai, Taman Desa, Selling at an inflated price?

The price of Desa Permai Condominium has been experiencing capital appreciation almost at 50% over the past 2 years. Is this a healthy capital appreciation or a purely inflated price? I would like to hear from the floor. Everything goes! |
