1st - u need to do cardio for stamina..
2nd - HIIT training to burn fat, strength and agility..
3rd - weigt lifting.. All parts of muscle..
u in which position? since u r fat, than the place for u is prop right?

Yo TS..i'm a rugby player before..but not a pro..
