Hi,i'm 18,i'm 169 cm and i weigh 88kgs.i'm FAT!my goal is to be huge,cause i love playing rugby and it helps alot if im big and strong.i just started gyming.so my question is should i loose all my fat and then start carryin weights or start carryin weight now and do cardio eveyday?correct and teach me if i'm wrong.please help me.

muscles aid the fat burning process. think of it as having a bigger engine to run on. i would incorporate both weights and cardio.

kinda depends on what your goal is right? you wanna look good or do you want to be good at rugby. pick one priority and do your research towards achieving that.

Yo TS..i'm a rugby player before..but not a pro.. tongue.gif

1st - u need to do cardio for stamina..

2nd - HIIT training to burn fat, strength and agility..

3rd - weigt lifting.. All parts of muscle..

u in which position? since u r fat, than the place for u is prop right? brows.gif

whats your current strength level?. how often do you play rugby? i think you should lift weights to increase your strength first and just eat and sleep moderately. maybe even just maintaining your current diet would even be ok. if you play rugby often enough that might be enough cardio for you to loose fat at a fast enough pace. and once your strength and muscle mass increases it'll be easier to burn fat as compared to when you have little muscle mass.
