Send them an email using the myunifi portal and tell them you want to relocate your unifi to your house location but there's no coverage then ask them what can you do..for my case since it's them who can't provide service and not me wanting to break the contract, they terminated my account without penalty..dont call them just email them

If u read their terms properly, its not their fault if u wants to relocate and that area is not supported... U can ask them and if u lucky (or if u know bigshot insider) then they could allow u to terminate without penalty. If 1 time cant, then try another time or another branch Good luck

I am moving house soon. When we change from Streamyx to Unifi, no penalty. Do we really need to penalised cos moving from Unifi to Streamyx? Problem is no UNIFI at my new house. I wanted Unifi.

Problem is no UNIFI at my new house. I wanted Unifi. Relocation Customers can request for relocation from TMpoint outlets where they will be required to fill in a relocation form. Customers will be charged a relocation fee of RM 300. If a customer who is within contract period requests for relocation, the contract period will be resumed and it will not be renewed. The relocation of a customer's UniFi service will involve 2 appointments with TM, one is for the collection of the BTU, and the other appointment will be for installation and configuration at the new premise by TM's installer. Customers are expected to pack all their CPE and transport them to the new premise to be reused. The relocation of UniFi service can only be done if the customer is moving to a location where UniFi services are available. For cases where customers relocate to a location where UniFi service is not available, customers are to subscribe to TM Broadbandâ„¢ where the TM Broadbandâ„¢ contract period, terms and conditions are applicable. Subsequently, if customers do not wish to subscribe to TM Broadbandâ„¢, TM will consider that the customer has prematurely terminated the contract and a penalty of RM 500 will be charged. If customers relocate to an area where TM Broadbandâ„¢ services are not available, customers will not be charged a penalty but customers will have to produce any utility bill as proof. http://www.tm.com.my/unifi/home/Pages/contract-terms.aspxThis post has been edited by andrew9292: Nov 12 2012, 05:29 PM

Based on their t&c, if there is no unifi in the area you are to convert to TM Broadband a.k.a Streamyx.
Their relocation t&c says that when that happens, the t&c of Streamyx will apply. I assume that the fees will be the installation fee of Streamyx as they never state any Unifi to Streamyx reallocation fees. Only relocate Unifi to Unifi charge RM300.

I also will move back to my hometown, which right now don't have unifi coverage too. It's a bit hard to pay rm500 since I'm just finish my studies and still being unemployed, that's why Btw TQ
