Floresent Tube light, "flicker"

Hi all,
I just replace a florescent tube light together with the casing. But i notice the when the light is on... the light will have abit "flicker"... only slightly flicker... i dunno what term to call it... it is like not enough current going through... kinda annoying... anyone know what's the cause? is it due to wiring problem? or the new case and light no good? |

oh... mine is definitely using starter...
tube is new, if problem, i think defect or old old stock from shop? currently the hall has 2 different tube installed at different place. I seldom on this tube because of the flickers... will try the suggestion here... thanks all~ |
