This is called TROPICAL weather ma..... the sun so hot, no amount of tint can keep the internals cold like fridge..... u put a packet of ice in the open sun, see what happens...

BUT.... our car tint and aircon is very very good, left my car under hot sun from 245pm - 5pm, went in and wind down front windows, and let auto AC work its magic.... the internal cool down in less than 1km drive...

Oh... the leather seats are not that hot either, more prove that the tint works.....

What are you trying to do....??

To drag effectively, use paddle mode (or S mode) 1st gear to 6000, then shift to 2nd gear (suing paddle or the stick) while still pressing down the pedal, and repeat for 2->3->4->5.....

Moving the CVT back to D mode will cause RPM to drop as CVT is meant for fuel and engine efficiency and not power.....

U need to turn it to more than halfway in the blue region to get cold air.... for very hot days, turn the dail all the way to the max of the blue (clockwise)....

2.0 AC set at 23 is oredi very very cold, even in hot days.....

U driving 1.8 right?? 9 oclock position is borderline cold, u need to turn it more lower to get better coldness.... and yes, you need to increase the blower speed to compensate and cool the cabin faster...

2.0 auto AC takes care of all this.....

Sorry sorry.... just realised the blue section is on the left, thus u need to turn it counter clockwise.... normal cold air is best set between 8-9 oclock for afternoon drives....

Auto AC uses an internal temperature sensor (the slots on the dashboard on the left of the steering) to detect the internal cabin temp, and adjusts the blower speed and coldness accordingly.... when car is hot, the ac blower is faster and the coldness is maxed, in order to quickly dissipate the cabin heat to reach the set/desired temperature on the dial... and then it slows down the speed when internal temp is reached....

1.8 AC is manual, so the temp and blower speed is fixed to the one set on the dail, not auto adjustments to quickly regulate or dissipate the heat.... so if you enter hot cabin, u need to manually increase the blower speed and lower the temp to compensate, and then manually reduce them when desired coldness is achieved...

Adding a second layer darker tint just slows down the heat build up in the cabin, if you park for a long time under direct hot sun, it gets as hot inside too....

Bangsar attap squatter home is my old family home..... now staying in Pekeliling Flats....

It doesnt block the knee at all.... in unlocked position, its flushed with the lower part of the dash, in locked position, it only comes out 5-6inches.... and this also dont hit your knees when you exit or enter the car...

I am 172cm (not that tall) and pull lock the pedal lock before i get out of the car, and unlock it after i close the door upon entry.... and have never hit the pedal lock with my legs or knees...

Best of all, you cant start the car or shift it out of P when its locked.... beats any steering lock anytime....

Its the same concept, u pull the handle and lifts up a metal piece that locks into place, preventing the clutch and brake pedals from being pressed....

The locktech/locktact product is similar, except its now factory build to fit each make and model differently, and you dont need to remove and place that big clutch lock when u need to drive.... its secured to the chassis and is out of the way....
