Sorry im not expert in VPN. Try ask deimos. Im getting my copy from US trader anyway. I havent buy yet and im not sure if he can checkout
 By the way you guys can try ask in steam forum. There are many peoples from UK and US sucesfully bought it. If you have paypal and can pay them back thats the best solution if VPN doesnt work. |

hmm, the first time I tried to get SR3 using Malaysia address and it says region restricted
