Alternatively you can try this Toki Tori save file.

Extract/Copy to the userdata\#YOURID#\38700\remote folder in your Steam directory

Shut Down Steam
Goto "...\Steam\userdata\#######\38700\remote\savedata" (The ##### is different for everyone. Open folders untill you find 38700.)
Right Click PROFILE 1 and select COPY (makes a back up)
Right Click A blank space and select PASTE. This will make a back up of YOUR old saves.
In the .zip you downloaded from Mediafire go through the folders until you get to the profiles.
Drag profile1 over to the window where YOUR profile1 is and drop in a blank space. When asked REPLACE all the files.
Start up steam.
Load game.

I played the game to get the achievement during the previous sale and never wanted to go back, its just not my type of game. It frustrated me all over again getting THIS achievement.

If you think you will like puzzle type games, watch the steam trailer and then give the game a try without using the save. I suggest only using this save game if you have no interest in this kind of game and only bought it to get an achievement.

Here's a full video guide (not mine) to all 10 snowflakes if you want to get them on your own without a save. The rewind helps a lot on bonus 2. Play in fullscreen to get a larger "zoomed out" view. Took me about 10 minutes for all of them, but I'd played before on the summer achievement sale so all the levels needed I had already unlocked.

Save game folder location:
..\Steam\userdata\##:steamid:##\38700\remote\saved ata
The steam id is a number, its the only folder there, looks something like 10472175
Put the rar into the savedata folder and extract it there, it should ask to overwrite profile 1 folder.
Note!! If you already have a profile 1 that you want to keep, make a backup or rename the profile 1 folder first!

Edit: Looks like one needs to restart steam after extracting save file so the game doesn't freeze on start (I think its from toki profile name differences).
