Nope, exclusive. For DX:HR i paid 86c in tax. (list price 9.99), about 8.6% in taxes.
Total DX:HR came to $10.85

Kianwei: There's something about California not having to pay tax, but that was back in July 2011. Worth a try ? smile.gif
Opps: Nov 2011 article says otherwise.
