Sygic is great. although the maps are not as update as papago. it's super accurate, even can guide me out of back roads when i got lost. and it doesn't need data to work. the lock time is much faster than papago, that's why i like it.

They do, but not as frequent as MFM. So far I have not found an issue that the Sygic isn't updated enough.

i'm sygic & google maps user..
so far sygic give no prob to me.. the maps is up to date also if not mistaken.. i remember last sunday when i went for holiday at JB, i wanna go to Permas Jaya from Danga Bay.. it navigate perfect for me even plus at that time got "closed" road and it direct me to the alternative way where other people also using that road. same as before, sygic give me good services smile.gif

also the latest google maps 6.0 good too.. maps for sure is up to date.. the navigation also good.. u should have both.. as backup smile.gif

I've only used Sygic so can't compare with Papago. Sygic's interface is really nice and intuitive. The voice navigation is very good too; it tells you clearly which exit to take to the point where sometimes you don't even need to look at the screen.

There are some comments about the maps not being as updated as MFM though, so you have to consider that.

I find papago search function easier than Sygic but Papago get Gps fix slower....but still I prefer papago on the whole, maybe need to use both for a longer time to really compare...

Papago X5 is worse, some road name is wrong. Like jalan "laksamana" they wrote "laxamana" ghizz
It lock on pretty snail. The maps using MFM from MALFREE almost road is there.

For sygic. It a great apps. Lock on pretty fast. Got more function. Easy to use.
But the map is not up to date. Some road map is missing in some place. But is great then any other GPS droid out there. Owh forgot Google maps is great to but it use data plan.

For city use I recommended sygic aura GPS

Mostly is Shortest route + Toll avoided (it ask me everytime)
and the route is just fine for daily use .

Papago = The MFM features is just nice but it's a bit Laggy for those phone around 1ghz proccesor, that's why i didnt use even i use note now , my previous phone HD2 (1ghz) running smoothly on Sygic also .
