I remember back in 2004 to 2006, there was a dedicated website set up by buyers / owners of Bandar Botanic to highlight the defects / shoody workmanship of their units. For the early stages, there were many defects and the quality was even compared to Mayland projects.

Perhaps the Developer made good on the defects.
