Go ahead!.. go for 2 bedrooms or 3. i got a prop very near bukit bintang area too. very good price appreciation and good quality expat tenant. so far so good! smile.gif

Go whack before it too late! 1300 per sqf is very common for high end prop at the heart of kl city.

Nooo... Still too cheap.. Sell few units can cover the land cost liao. Empty Land beside pavilion few years ago already 7k per sqf liao. Is a record high in kl landed deal at that time. if my memory serve me right.

Ya I not familiar. Maybe few floors can cover. But it stil way too cheap compare to empty land next to pavilion. Not even half. N the price deal is 2-3 years ago.

Ok back topics..hehe..This is real kl city area. Compare with sunway velocity, far far away dijaya subang metropark, dijaya kd project.. All already around 1k per sqf. This 1 look like a steal. With so many promising development around like trx, warisan, plaza rakyat revive. IKEA at cochrene. Not yet include existing 1 like PV..klcc .etc

but 1 thing need to say. everything look very good +concept match well with the pudu old and morden feeling. + area some old heritage shop just nearby. but the logo and color seriously look like shit.... a mediocre work on design branding.

maybe should look for subsale at kl city. many not above 1k per sqf yet.

Ya don't give too much hope on that plaza rakyat. Never consider of that. If revive that will be ++ point. But surrounding not far from chngkat bukit bintang and klcc. Very happening Liao. Located between old and new city. and with real center city address. Very worth it already. The Best best liao. Now look at Cochrane and maluri. Further look at dijaya metro and garden price tag. And now look back here. Can consider it. Whack ar!!!

Hap Seng horizon next to rsgcc already rm1.2k per sqf+. If want Extra car park. 1 car park up to rm70k+ and above. And the e&o the mew mew cat. Also far above this price tag.

no. will be a compliment for each other. and complement for the surrounding area. high possibility price will increase.
more better high quality development around will make the whole place look classy and nice... just 1 swiss garden is not enough.

Quite like the design. Something lack of around there. Have many vintage and old building around. Just need some sleek and contemporary feeling around this area to make it more energetic and alive. Like the New York Hearst tower by Norman foster. just my personal opinion n preference. Have to wait to c how the end products goes.

sometimes building can play important visual communication around others building near them.
example like Louvre Pyramid is a very good example how this simple contemporary glass pyramid bring the old louvre palace alive by not over take louvre palace charm.
