Checked with the SA, all unit sold out. Left bumi unit. Have to wait if any loan rejection or wait for 2nd block. Maybe open for sales end of the year but for sure more expensive thn 1st block. If not more than 10%, 2nd block facing wawasan with a better view worth the premium.
