The warisan condo should be about 2k for the first phase.
Anyone knows whats PNB gonna do with the old office tower?
Whose actually gonna occupy all these offices (warisan, TRX, KL metropolis, kwasa damansara) when they hit the market?

Either way robertson is gonna benefit either way

He whack phase 1 already.
At 1.2k is this btr than velocity (1 station from trx walking distance to ikea opening late next year and integrated development)

plaza rakyat: another mall in town which looks like it will fail when complete..

BTW, they better start work on it quickly or Robertchai residents must endure the construction.. I think better to leave it abandoned la being in such a location..

One mall in Warisan is more than enough for the area..

Since GM is managing the mall.. ppl shld know tht d klang gm is doing well but the products sold are really low quality/cheap stuff (been inside once only to analyze n hear from malay staff/maid etc).. The shopper demographics are mainly meleis n foreigners who come from really far places like setapak to shop thr. Im nt buying d story tht gm robertson will bring in mid to mid high end brands as i cnt imagine any mid end brands selling wholesale.

Phase 1 buyers still very very good deal. phase 2 pricing really not feasible with wholesale mall downstairs.. some failed malls/cheap product malls cn bring down the value of d condo IMHO cry.gif cry.gif

yeap.. when phase 2 of their mall completes, it shld be the largest shopping mall in msia biggrin.gif biggrin.gif their concept is build new concept n ppl will come.. thts the way forward.. empire gt european theme etc.

nt sure.. havent go thr yet..weekday most malls other than touristy one nt doing well la.. tht day i went sunway pyramid at 2 feel so empty inside but carpark full.. weekday night n weekend crowd reli brings in the money la. u own suite in Gamuda walk ah?
