If they are designed properly. That's your assumption.

But so far I could only see troubles. Dry season no water to flush toilet. Rainy season no hot water to take bath or water usage comes in 2 bills.

Why hard launch when available units is limited? Will there be release of higher floors?

I guess this is the strategy adopted by the developer. As revealed by other forumers here, the sale of this tower will be divided into 4 phases. If you like high floors, you will have to wait until they release for sales. Why they have such plan? I guess you have to ask GL's SA from LYF.

Most of the mega project Tag price above 2kpsf, probably thy wanna take advantage of the 4 year construction period to max the profit.

Assume they break tower3 into 3 phase. Total 418 units 139 units per phase.

avg increase price for the coming phase 350psf

350psf x avg size 600sf unit =210,000 per unit

250 unit X  RM210,000 = RM52,500,000

GL easily can make extra 52mil from Robertzai

Only he can help himselflah. If affordability is not an issue, for own stay, anytime is a good time to buy lah. It'll be foolish to wait for the price to come down & eventually ruin your big plans (this is the case for die die also must own a house before getting married).

Or if he doesn't mind,  I don't see anything wrong with rent first & buy later or stay with parents first (of course if the parents' house isn't too inconvenient for daily activities).
