Very hard to replace pavilion kl. Now they are no.1 most anal management team in whole Malaysia. Even KLCC cannot compete with them. Lol.... Blacklisted by many contractor...

Screw tenant and tenant's contractor kau kau lik.....

high end high quality brand not easy. got pavilion, starhill and klcc not far away.
why come here. have to see your mixture of tenant list. what make u so specials.

avenue k revamp....mostly high and middle end and got Leica flagship store and few others.
but not easy to get all high end... Daiso, fos and some low and middle low end still need them to fill in the empty slot over there.
hopefully can do well.....or become another lot 10.......

just my point of view... i felt this robertzhai mall maybe become another intermark mall.

it's always a singaporean brand..heard manage by 2 gay guys. very good branding..
even LV group wanted to buy over.

pavilion kl got 7 floors... not include level B1. 2 more floors only sup sup sui... lol. this robertzhai got cinema or not? at least a TGV signature cinema to match the standard.

Depend. Depend. Sometimes certain part of ground floor or lg floor can be very dead. Take timesquares as example. The traffic flow is kinda interesting 1st to 4th floor are the hot spots. May be the connection of monorail link bridge and the pedestrian link bridge at 2nd and 3rd floor.

And Sunway pyramid also got certain dead spot at New wing LG floor. Even management also scratch head.

But so far seldom see any retail above 6th floor can do good. Maybe only Tokyo street at pavilion only....huuuhu...

heard my friend involve in mrt project... he said the warisan tower not going to build around mederka stadium.
warisan tower going to build else where far away from here.
if it's true...which i think is good news!

this piece of land need macam zaha hadid to design something low and cutting edge. not another stupid high-rise at wrong location.

Wah liddat...U earn until lao sai... since u r early buyer with 2 car park some more. Extra car park can increase another 100k-150k. Total is way more than half a million Liao. Huang ah.
