unless u can get any above 900sf or below 1500sf at kl prime city center location with attractive price.
due to over flooded with small size unit in future. middle size should be safe bet at kl city centre.

but it is always good to have a unit at kl city. worth to own if you have extra bullet to play around

for me type c look ok woh... not the narrow type.. and wider window... for 500+sf consider not bad..

Walauer... Ram kor. Kudo to u. But worth it worth it. My kl city condo few guys own more than 15-20 units few years ago. All now rich like no tomorrow. N 1 of them already is dato title in very young age. Shocking after see his title on committee meeting print out. Few of some older age owner own more than 10 units also dato title.

wah... in investment point of view... this 2 project can put together and fight..good good good.

SV -strength points
- border of CIty centre in future maybe 10 years later will become part of the kl city centre.
- underground mrt is still the best part which personally like it very much. strong selling point.
- strong sunway shopping mall profile. saw a lot improvement on their sunway pyramid mall. sibeh geng!!!
nowaday very hard to deal with them. but klcc is still the most anal 1...

TR - strength points
- real city centre location. even next to plaza mayat. and flood with low standard immigrant not far away. still one of the best place worth to invest.
- not far from KL river project at central market..can consider selling point?
- many facilities and look very attractive.
- closer to major shoppng mall
- walking distance to clubbing area, changkat bukit bintang.
- mrt/ lrt station also not far... but need to walk a bit.
- car park in city centre!!! stronger than car park at kl city border.

Yeah agree on some part of Eric comment. Yes Our cities development too saturated all over the place. Need to focus all back to city centre. School do need to move out. And must preserve historical building with historical value. But not sure on 100 storeys building no comment on this. Another shopping mall??.... No idea also.. But if do.. Then it very need a strong theme to support. Prefer something like Huge city centre park like new York or hayde park. KLCC 1 too small.

This do benefit velocity ler. Velocity MRT can hit direct to the location ler.... Sv Got almost direct access to MRT ler. Easy to reach any part of the city and town ler.

But if I choose. I choose robertzhai..... Kl city carpark are just far too sexy selling point. Now new development in kl city... Not all include carpark....carpark at city is rare gem. Just this Beat the sv down. No need to talk so far away Liao....lol

Very cheap lor. New kl development and olerdi developed all cost far higher. Bintang goldhill unit come with 2 carparks same size as unit come with 1 carpark. Price different is rm100k+. Just for extra car park. It transacted 2 years ago. 2 years ago horizon olerdi selling 70k above just for carpark. Now hitting 100k above

Yeah.. this is the draft out plan from.government to stop the private vehicle access to kl city. And encourage people take MRT and public transport. But too expensive 40 per hour... Must increase carpark fee but not that high..lar...later everyone park at road side...Lol....Car park seriously worth it. TIKARAM kor u heard me...lol.... Most Developer only limited to 2 car park for small unit. Horizon only allow buy extra 1 carpark for unit size of 900sf which olerdi come with 1 car park. And usually studio unit don't come with car park. Quite surprise robertchai got 1 carpark for small unit.

Extra car park u can split out to rent and keep 1 for your own.
Sibeh posh er got 1 more car park in the city for own use even unit rented out. No need to renovate after few years. Upkeep cost is low. Your room after few years bocok here and there..
