wah... in investment point of view... this 2 project can put together and fight..good good good.
SV -strength points
- border of CIty centre in future maybe 10 years later will become part of the kl city centre.
- underground mrt is still the best part which personally like it very much. strong selling point.
- strong sunway shopping mall profile. saw a lot improvement on their sunway pyramid mall. sibeh geng!!!
nowaday very hard to deal with them. but klcc is still the most anal 1...
TR - strength points
- real city centre location. even next to plaza mayat. and flood with low standard immigrant not far away. still one of the best place worth to invest.
- not far from KL river project at central market..can consider selling point?
- many facilities and look very attractive.
- closer to major shoppng mall
- walking distance to clubbing area, changkat bukit bintang.
- mrt/ lrt station also not far... but need to walk a bit.
- car park in city centre!!! stronger than car park at kl city border.
