QUOTE(Besanth @ Jan 3 2012, 07:57 AM) Guys, quick question. Is the Juice Defender really effective? Oh, and if I install an Anti-Virus in my phone, does it suck a lot of battery and can it clean off a lot of viruses or just a little? Thanks depends on what you want it to do.i like mine to periodically pull updates from whatsapp and email so i use JD. if you don't like it then you just have to change to the manual way of doing it. about AV...i'm not very sure |

QUOTE(metfan @ Jan 3 2012, 09:23 AM) Guys, i don't think your pc AV is equipped with the definitions for android viruses.Just bought mine a week ago. Still unrooted and stock rom. One question. Can we connect to pc and scan for viruses using pc antivirus? Scared if it deletes any system file and screw up the phone... but if your phone does have pc viruses, then yes, it will clean it |

Do you even know that ICS is NOT release yet for SGS2. Its just leaked beta/alpha version so its meant to be FULL of bugs and functions are meant not to work well. If everything works well then it will already had been officially released by samsung. ICS is not about the looks. If you want looks, go CM7/MIUI and get lots of themes. Its the new OS code beneath the looks. Much better support for dual core cpu and gpu support is the main point. But i do agree, all the hype on ICS is really overrated. the rest? that's what themes and 3rd party launchers are for |
