I also charge everyday. How is your typical usage?

when we're talking about battery consumption, there is a lot of factor need to be considered...my advice, better read the first page of this thread...there a few tips u can apply to ur Note...

You cannot compare the Nokia E71 ( which I also have ) with the Note. One is a perodua kancil while the other is a 2000-3000  cc car. The bigger car is more powerful and naturally consumes more fuel
The Note has  a higher more powerful processor, better display, widgets on homescreen, constant regular updates in background of certain apps - these 4 factors alone whether you like it or not requires more power from the battery. If you wish to use the Note or any high end Androids you need to understand how to manage your battery. Franky using the E71 or any symbian phones no need to understand or even know how to manage the battery. Just charge it full and you are good to use it a few days

Hey, everybody..
I just bought a Samsung Galaxy Note yesterday...

I was so excited, but then the excitement were short lived...

I transferred a 4 Gb movie 1080p into my phone but then it always hang and crashes..
Well, then  I tried other smaller movies, still crashes..

Does anyone else face this kind of problem??

mine with 3g on and phone idle battery drain is 0.3% per hour
i have quoted my settings n methods few times already
worst is 1% per hour

These are ONLY when phone is idle not being used with 3G on. My 3G is always on and I never switch to 2G
I am now on Rocketrom V12 with Abyss kernel 2.5
With this kernel I use setcpu to setup different profiles so that the CPU work at lower clock speeds ( these profiles I set as such as I do NOT need the max CPU clock speed ). I also undervolt across all CPU speeds by 100-150mv across
In addition I use Juice Defender ultimate and tweak some of the settings at Profile/Advanced

Apps like Hello Color Pencil is missing from my phone. And when i access SamsungApps, i get one empty page that says "No Updates" Is it just me?
